VICTORI + MO is a contemporary art gallery dedicated to developing and presenting emerging artists. Since it's inception in 2014, the gallery has been intrinsic to experimentation, working collaboratively with artists to realize novel and ambitious projects outside their typical realm. In addition to nurturing artists and mounting exhibitions, the gallery also functions as a center for rigorous intellectual exchange, hosting dialogues, lectures, and other community activities.
About Ed Victori
Ed Victori, Managing Partner of VICTORI + MO, was exposed to the art world at an early age by his father painter Victor Victori. Prior to his career as an art dealer, he worked on the trading floor of French investment bank BNP Paribas, having received a degree in International Business & Finance from New York University’s Stern’s School of Business. In 2012, Victori began presenting at art fairs across the globe under the entity Victori Contemporary, imploring an innovative traveling gallery model while building a roster of emerging artists. He has curated and organized multiple exhibitions in Basel, Paris, Miami, Washington D.C., and beyond. In 2014, he partnered with Celine Mo to form VICTORI + MO and soon opened a space in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. Victori has served on the Board of the Guggenheim’s Young Collectors Council Acquisitions Committee and American Folk Art Museum Young Folk Group. He is also working with his family in creating an art-focused nonprofit organization for youth education, as well as a local museum dedicated to his father’s collection and artistic legacy.
